How to make an Inventory Item out of stock

Marking an inventory item out of stock allows you to remove an item, indicates why it was removed and also maintains the history of the inventory item.

(Note: If the item you want to remove was created for testing or was created on accident than you might want to delete the item instead of marking it out of stock.)
